sellers are offering a 1 Year warranty and they state it is not through
Zapco. Since we DO NOT sell
parts or schematics to ANYONE
in the country - what parts are they using to repair our amplifiers? We
have received many amplifiers at Zapco for repair that other have used
the wrong parts where the performance is drastically diminished or will
not work. Zapco uses very high quality parts in their amplifiers -
parts that you cannot purchase across the counter at your local parts
store. This is the reason that Zapco amplifiers or processors may cost
more but it does pay off in their performance.
Zapco
builds a unique product. We feel strongly that our products require and
deserve superior knowledge of automotive acoustics and additional care
and experience in installation. Authorized Zapco dealers, such as
Synergy Custom
Audio, are
trained in the techniques needed to realize the full potential of Zapco
performance in your car. Others
are not!
Zapco
cannot be responsible for the performance of our products when installed
by untrained, non-authorized dealers.
Protect your investment! Only purchase Zapco products from
Authorized Zapco dealers, such as
Synergy Custom Audio.
This will ensure that you receive the proper service before and after
the sale of your Zapco product.
This will
also validate your warranty and give you access to Zapco's in-house
technical service. In addition, all Zapco products receive an extended
warranty when installed by an authorized Zapco dealer, such us Synergy
Audio.
